From Myanmar to the United States | Community Leadership and Public Service

Mr. Dal Kham is a community leader, organizer, and advocate dedicated to serving immigrant and refugee communities across Oklahoma. Since 2015, he has been actively involved with Zomi Innkuan Oklahoma, Inc. (Zomi Community of Oklahoma), contributing to the planning and coordination of large-scale cultural events that promote unity, cultural preservation, and community engagement. In 2024, he was appointed as a Board Member, where he leads event coordination and production, supporting a growing population of over 15,000–20,000 Zomi and Burmese individuals and families in the Tulsa area through leadership and coordination of major events such as Zomi National Day and the Khuado Festival.
